Job Description
Play a pivotal role in our finance team, providing management accounting support across three manufacturing sites. You'll be hands-on with budgeting, forecasting, and cost analysis.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare monthly management accounts and commentary
- Lead the annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting process
- Analyse manufacturing costs and identify savings opportunities
- Prepare board-level financial reports and presentations
- Support pricing decisions with detailed cost analysis
- Manage fixed asset register and depreciation schedules
- Collaborate with operations on KPI reporting
- Drive continuous improvement in financial processes
Requirements
- Qualified accountant (CIMA, ACCA, or ACA)
- 3+ years post-qualification experience
- Manufacturing or production sector experience preferred
- Advanced Excel and ERP system experience
- Strong commercial awareness
- Ability to work independently and manage priorities
- Excellent communication skills at all levels
