Job Description

Join our financial analysis team and play a key role in supporting strategic decision-making. You'll analyse financial data, build models, and present insights to senior management in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare monthly and quarterly financial reports and analysis
  • Build and maintain financial models for forecasting and budgeting
  • Analyse variance reports and identify key trends
  • Support business case development for new initiatives
  • Present findings to senior management and stakeholders
  • Collaborate with department heads on budget planning
  • Monitor industry trends and competitor performance
  • Improve reporting processes and automation

Requirements

  • 2+ years of financial analysis experience
  • Part-qualified or fully qualified (ACA, ACCA, CIMA)
  • Advanced Excel skills including financial modelling
  • Experience with Power BI or Tableau
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent presentation and communication abilities
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
