Supply Chain Coordinator

Job Description

Coordinate the end-to-end supply chain for our growing e-commerce fulfilment business. You'll manage relationships with suppliers, carriers, and internal teams to ensure smooth operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate inbound and outbound logistics activities
• Manage relationships with carriers and freight forwarders
• Monitor and optimise inventory levels
• Process purchase orders and track deliveries
• Resolve supply chain disruptions and delays
• Prepare supply chain reports and KPIs
• Support demand planning and forecasting
• Ensure compliance with import/export regulations

Requirements

• 2+ years in supply chain or logistics coordination
• Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar)
• Strong Excel skills
• Knowledge of supply chain principles and best practices
• Excellent organisational and communication skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• CIPS or CILT qualification is a plus
• Degree in Supply Chain, Business, or related field preferred
