6-month temporary role supporting our busy clinical team with administration. Ideal for someone with healthcare admin experience looking for a flexible role in a friendly, supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage appointment bookings and patient scheduling
  • Process referrals and clinical correspondence
  • Maintain patient records on electronic health systems
  • Handle incoming calls and patient queries
  • Prepare clinical documents and reports
  • Coordinate with healthcare professionals and external agencies
  • Manage office supplies and equipment
  • Support data entry and reporting requirements

Requirements

  • Previous administrative experience (healthcare setting preferred)
  • Experience with electronic health records or medical systems
  • Strong organisational and multitasking skills
  • Excellent telephone manner and communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Understanding of patient confidentiality (GDPR)
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
