Job Description
Make a real difference in people's lives as a Healthcare Assistant providing domiciliary care in the Milton Keynes area. Full training provided — we're looking for compassionate, reliable people who want to help others.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide personal care and support to clients in their homes
- Assist with medication administration (training provided)
- Help with meal preparation and nutrition
- Support clients with mobility and daily activities
- Monitor and report changes in client wellbeing
- Maintain accurate care records
- Communicate with families and healthcare professionals
- Follow care plans and company policies
Requirements
- Genuine passion for helping others
- Reliable and punctual with a positive attitude
- Good communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
- DBS check (we'll arrange this)
- Previous care experience is helpful but not essential
- Right to work in the UK
