Job Description

Deliver evidence-based mental health interventions to adults experiencing common mental health conditions. You'll work within a stepped care model, providing both face-to-face and remote therapy sessions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide CBT and other evidence-based interventions
  • Conduct clinical assessments and develop treatment plans
  • Manage a caseload of clients with anxiety, depression, and related conditions
  • Deliver individual and group therapy sessions
  • Maintain detailed clinical records in accordance with professional standards
  • Participate in clinical supervision and team meetings
  • Contribute to service evaluation and audit
  • Support crisis management and risk assessment

Requirements

  • Qualified Mental Health Practitioner (CBT therapist, counselling psychologist, or equivalent)
  • BABCP accredited or working towards accreditation
  • 2+ years of experience delivering psychological therapies
  • Experience with IAPT or similar service models
  • Strong risk assessment and management skills
  • Excellent therapeutic and interpersonal skills
  • Relevant professional registration (HCPC, BPS, BACP)
