Job Description
Deliver evidence-based mental health interventions to adults experiencing common mental health conditions. You'll work within a stepped care model, providing both face-to-face and remote therapy sessions.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide CBT and other evidence-based interventions
- Conduct clinical assessments and develop treatment plans
- Manage a caseload of clients with anxiety, depression, and related conditions
- Deliver individual and group therapy sessions
- Maintain detailed clinical records in accordance with professional standards
- Participate in clinical supervision and team meetings
- Contribute to service evaluation and audit
- Support crisis management and risk assessment
Requirements
- Qualified Mental Health Practitioner (CBT therapist, counselling psychologist, or equivalent)
- BABCP accredited or working towards accreditation
- 2+ years of experience delivering psychological therapies
- Experience with IAPT or similar service models
- Strong risk assessment and management skills
- Excellent therapeutic and interpersonal skills
- Relevant professional registration (HCPC, BPS, BACP)
