Job Description
Join our growing team as a Full-Stack Developer working on innovative web applications for our diverse client base. You'll be building modern, responsive applications using React and Python, with opportunities to work across the entire stack. Our Milton Keynes office offers a collaborative, creative environment with regular social events.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain full-stack web applications using React and Python
- Build RESTful APIs and integrate third-party services
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code
- Collaborate with designers to implement pixel-perfect UIs
- Participate in agile ceremonies and sprint planning
- Contribute to database design and optimisation
- Deploy and monitor applications in cloud environments
- Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback
Requirements
- 3+ years of full-stack development experience
- Proficiency in React and Python (Django or Flask)
- Experience with PostgreSQL or similar databases
- Understanding of responsive design principles
- Familiarity with Git and version control workflows
- Knowledge of REST API design and implementation
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail
